Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive growth within our enterprise sales segment. This role is a hands-on, individual contributor position responsible for managing qualified leads from initial discovery through to contract closure. Collaboration with the Founder, product team, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) is key. Qualified leads will come from SDR outreach, inbound inquiries, and founder relationships, while you will also proactively pursue new opportunities via your network and targeted account-based prospecting. Note: this role does not include managing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise sales opportunities from initial discovery through to closing deals.
- Lead structured discovery conversations with customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, decision-making process, and commercial needs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that focus on customer-specific requirements.
- Position UNLOCKLAND’s offerings based on the business outcomes rather than solely product features.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including champions, decision makers, economic buyers, and technical personnel.
- Create compelling business cases demonstrating measurable value for customers.
- Coordinate pilots, evaluations, and internal customer reviews.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and pricing discussions.
- Navigate procurement, security, legal, and contract processes to facilitate deal closure.
- Build and sustain a qualified and healthy sales pipeline.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, providing reliable forecasts supported by clear evidence.
- Collaborate with SDRs and the Founder to enhance opportunity conversion rates.
- Communicate customer and market insights to the product development team.

While real estate knowledge is advantageous, proven experience in enterprise software sales is paramount. Integrity, accountability, and persistence in progressing complex deals are essential and cannot be taught.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent skills in customer discovery, presentation, and delivering product demos.
- Ability to connect customer challenges to clear business value propositions.
- Experience developing business cases and communicating ROI.
- Strong negotiation and commercial judgment abilities.
- Comfort and confidence communicating with senior executives.
- Ability to sell innovative products without relying on established sales playbooks.
- Disciplined follow-up and meticulous attention to detail.
- High sense of ownership and personal accountability.
- Experience collaborating directly with founders in early-stage startups.
- Proficiency with CRM and contemporary sales tools.
- Capability to leverage AI effectively for research, meeting prep, communication, and productivity.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS, AI software, PropTech, GIS/location intelligence, construction technology, data platforms, or decision-support solutions.
- Familiarity selling to real estate developers, construction firms, governmental bodies, real estate investment companies, or architecture, planning, and engineering organizations is beneficial.
Compensation and Success Metrics
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance accelerators.
- Target On-Target Earnings (OTE) of USD 150,000–180,000 annually.
Success will be primarily evaluated based on new annual recurring revenue, quota achievement, win rate, qualified pipeline coverage, sales cycle progress, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, deal quality, and the customer’s sales experience.
