Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Account Executive to join our finance team at Saukha Concepts Private Limited based in Delhi-NCR. This role involves managing comprehensive accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial records and smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and maintain all sales and purchase transactions within the accounting system.
- Prepare, verify, and reconcile invoices related to sales, purchases, and payments.
- Update and maintain financial ledgers and supporting documents daily.
- Manage the Cash Book by properly documenting cash receipts, payments, and daily balances.
- Track all office expenses with appropriate documentation and approvals.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of cash, bank, and ledger balances to maintain financial accuracy.
- Organize both physical and electronic copies of all financial records, including invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for payment processing, invoice management, and account reconciliation.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong familiarity with accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting processes simultaneously.
- Good communication skills for vendor and supplier coordination.
- Proficiency in handling physical and digital record-keeping.
Compensation and Additional Information
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 40,000 INR. The role is located on-site in the Delhi-NCR region.
