About the Role

LG&P Agency is looking for an Account Coordinator to provide focused support to a key Fortune 100 client team. This role is integral to managing retail store design, graphics, and fixture manufacturing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will help ensure timely delivery of project components and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. This position favors candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or elsewhere on the U.S. West Coast, with occasional travel to California or New Jersey for client and project engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned projects and tasks punctually and within the agreed scope.
  • Assist Account and Project Management teams by generating design and engineering requests and preparing estimates.
  • Handle shipment requests and coordinate logistics to ensure proper delivery, maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding timing and tracking.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both orally and in writing.
  • Create and disseminate status reports and other relevant internal and client-facing documentation.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation to support project tracking and continuity.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Assist with client communications and support the Senior Account Director as required.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems that impact project deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office tools, with intermediate to advanced abilities in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools including Google Drive.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including critical analysis and interpretation.

Additional Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in brand marketing, retail displays, exhibits, or graphic production.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
  • Capability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Domestic travel is infrequent (less than once per month), with local travel (store audits, client meetings) approximately 2–3 times per month.
