About the Role
Weartech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and motivated AC Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. This role is based in Bhopal and Indore and demands a candidate with experience in electronics sales and marketing up to 3 years. The position involves driving sales growth by building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out new sales prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Forge and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients who show interest.
- Prepare sales proposals and engage in contract negotiations.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales goals and support overall sales team objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity, client engagements, and leads within CRM software.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to synchronize sales approaches and promote new products.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor movements to uncover fresh business opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience of up to 3 years in electronics sales or an equivalent sales function.
- Deep understanding of sales techniques and excellent customer service skills.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient user of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong ambition and goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales success.
Compensation
The monthly salary range is between 15,000 and 22,000 INR, negotiable based on experience.
