Key Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews by coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Organize and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Contribute to filling active job openings across various industries.
- Develop knowledge of contemporary recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.

Internship Details and Benefits
- This is an unpaid internship with a performance-based stipend depending on successful recruitments: No stipend for 0-4 successful joinings; 3,000 INR for 5-8; 5,000 INR for 9-12; 7,500 INR for 13-15; and 10,000 INR plus best performer awards for 16 or more.
