Internship Overview
This internship offers a chance to manage and curate content across popular social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Interns will help plan and carry out campaigns designed to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The role involves creating compelling captions and short content that resonates with the brand's identity while supporting the design process for graphics, reels, and videos.
Interns will be responsible for monitoring social media interactions by responding promptly to comments and inquiries and analyzing channel performance through analytics tools to generate regular performance reports. Researching current industry trends and competitor activities will also be key, along with identifying viral topics and hashtags to boost engagement.
Additional duties include assisting influencer collaborations, fostering online communities through active follower engagement, and coordinating with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent branding. The role further involves organizing social media promotions such as online events, contests, giveaways, and product launches, while managing a content calendar to ensure timely post scheduling. Staying informed about platform algorithm updates and suggesting strategy enhancements is expected.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for remote work.

Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 9,000 to 25,000, comprising a fixed pay of INR 5,000 to 15,000 plus incentives between INR 4,000 and 10,000.
- Opportunity for job placement with an annual salary offer of INR 300,000 to 500,000 upon successful conversion.
- Award of certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
