About the Role

Soulflower, a leading indigenous brand in India specializing in natural aroma products and known for pioneering home spa concepts, is seeking an enthusiastic Photographer & Videographer intern. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with a reputable brand that creates handmade, vibrant spa products designed to provide peace and calm to fast-paced urban lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-resolution images of oils, soaps, and beauty products for e-commerce, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Create visually appealing lifestyle photographs consistent with the brand's natural and holistic aesthetics.
• Produce various product videos such as demonstrations, texture close-ups, application guides, and promotional content tailored for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop lifestyle videos highlighting tutorials, influencer-style shoots, authentic usage scenarios, and storytelling to boost brand engagement.
• Generate short-form video content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes footage, and advertisements optimized for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design visual materials for social media channels, websites, email marketing, online marketplaces, and paid advertisements.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos ensuring brand alignment, including tasks like color correction, sound editing, transitions, background cleanup, color grading, and motion graphics/text overlays.
• Organize and manage all production aspects of shoots such as scripting, props, lighting setups, camera operation, audio handling, location scouting, and coordinating with models when necessary.
• Uphold visual brand consistency across all photographic and videographic content.
• Maintain an organized archive of photo and video files with proper backups.
• Ensure all photography and videography equipment is kept in excellent working order.

Qualification and Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
• Internship duration is three months; candidates should start between August 4th, 2026, and September 8th, 2026.
• Relevant skills and a strong interest in photography and videography are essential.
• Preferably graduates.

Compensation and Perks

• The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 11,000 to 15,000.
• Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
• Dress code is casual.
• Outstanding performers may be offered a pre-placement offer for full-time employment.
