What You Will Do
- Record Hinglish audio based on scripts shared by the project team.
- Deliver speech in a conversational, natural manner with clear pronunciation.
- Keep recordings clean by avoiding background noise and technical issues.
- Submit completed audio files within the given deadlines.
- Revise or re-record files when the quality team shares feedback.
- Follow instructions for recording format, file naming, and upload steps.
- Protect the confidentiality of all project material and recordings.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong fluency in Hindi and English with natural Hinglish code-switching.
- Good spoken communication and voice delivery.
- Careful attention to detail and consistency.
- Comfort using a smartphone or computer for basic tasks.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work to deadlines.
- Clear diction, pronunciation, and control over tone and pace.
- Access to a quiet place for recording, plus a reliable internet connection.
- Access to a smartphone or laptop with a good microphone.
- Preference for freelancers, working professionals, content creators, podcasters, voice-over enthusiasts, theatre artists, actors, anchors, and public speakers.
- Relevant experience in voice-based, speaking, or content-related work is preferred.
Eligibility
Applicants must be between 25 and 35 years old, fluent in Hinglish, and available for a work-from-home internship. Candidates must be able to begin between 26 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, remain available for 4 weeks, and have relevant skills and interest. Compensation and Perks
The stipend is INR 1,000 to 5,000 per month. Benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a 5-day work week.
