About the internship

This internship is for a GIF/Lottie animation creator who will craft lightweight, engaging motion assets for learning products aimed at children. The animations will appear across mobile apps, games, onboarding journeys, rewards, and small interactive UI moments.

Your work will help shape how young learners experience the product through movement, feedback, and moments of delight.

What you'll do

• Build GIF or Lottie animations for onboarding screens, win/lose game states, loading screens, progress indicators, rewards, badges, empty states, and small interface interactions.
• Create motion assets using After Effects with Bodymovin or similar tools.
• Keep animations compact and optimized for smooth playback on low-end Android devices.
• Work with design and development teams to align motion with brand colors, characters, and overall tone.
• Share clear animation handoff details such as loops, triggers, and state behavior.
• Refine animations based on feedback and testing with children.

Who can apply

This role is open to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 4 Jul 2026 and 8 Aug 2026, and can commit for 3 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in animation and product design. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend

The stipend offered is INR 4,000 to 5,000 per month.

Additional requirements

Applicants should have experience with Adobe After Effects and practical knowledge of GIF/Lottie animation. A strong grasp of timing, easing, and motion design principles is needed, along with the ability to organize clean After Effects project files. Basic UI/UX understanding is important, as is awareness of mobile app limitations such as performance and file size. Familiarity with Figma for reading design handoffs is useful. Understanding of Flutter, React, or web animation constraints is also expected. Experience creating for kids or educational products and vector illustration skills are preferred, but not mandatory.
