Content Creation Internship - Work from Home (Part Time)

Internship Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to engage deeply with rural communities by crafting and sharing their stories through impactful video and social media content. As part of the role, interns will document inspiring narratives from villages and Panchayats, conduct interviews with various local stakeholders, and produce videos that spotlight cultural traditions, development projects, and innovation within rural areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel within designated parts of Uttar Pradesh to identify and document motivational stories, initiatives, and community leaders.
• Develop, script, film, and edit both short and long video formats suitable for online platforms.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews with villagers, officials, entrepreneurs, and social change agents to capture genuine perspectives.
• Create compelling social media content that showcases rural heritage and progressive stories.
• Work collaboratively with content teams to brainstorm and schedule story ideas and campaigns.
• Maintain adherence to the Digital Panchayat Mission’s narrative style and standards in all produced content.
• Stay informed about evolving social media trends to enhance engagement and reach through creative content strategies.
• Organize and archive video material, scripts, and related resources for future reference and use.
• Meet deadlines consistently while ensuring content quality remains high.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and commit to a six-month duration.
• Must be able to commence the internship between July 17, 2026, and August 21, 2026.
• Prior skills and interest related to content creation and storytelling are required.

Compensation and Other Details

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to 5,000.
• Position is part-time and work-from-home based.
• 10 openings are available.
• Interns may need to travel occasionally within Uttar Pradesh as part of field assignments.
