Nexonvate, an innovative and government-recognized digital studio and startup agency based in Rajasthan, is searching for a motivated social media marketing intern to join their dynamic team. This internship offers a unique chance to collaborate directly with the founders of Nexonvate and StudentNest, focusing on crafting captivating digital content, managing social media channels, and fueling the expansion of two rapidly growing startups. The role is tailored for individuals passionate about content creation, graphic design, video editing, and exploring fresh marketing strategies, offering hands-on startup experience beyond routine activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and various social platforms.
- Create appealing graphics, carousels, and marketing visuals using Canva or similar design tools.
- Edit short-form videos and reels optimized for social media engagement.
- Compose compelling captions, hooks, and social media copy to captivate audiences.
- Investigate current social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
- Manage scheduling and publication of posts across multiple platforms efficiently.
- Monitor content performance and compile basic analytical reports on reach and engagement.
- Work closely with founders to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
- Support the establishment and ongoing development of the digital footprints of Nexonvate and StudentNest.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong foundation in social media marketing and content writing.
- Proficiency with video editing platforms such as CapCut or Premiere Pro is advantageous.
- Experience with Canva or equivalent graphic design tools.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on copywriting and creating impactful social media posts.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing strategies.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Additional Information
- Stipend ranges between INR 5,000 to 15,000 monthly.
- Internship provides a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
- Flexible working hours with a five-day workweek.
- Successful interns may receive a full-time job offer with an anticipated annual salary between INR 360,000 and 600,000.
