About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in business development by engaging in lead identification, client relationship management, and partnership facilitation. Interns will be instrumental in supporting growth initiatives and marketing endeavors while gaining exposure to counseling prospective students and collaborating with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential leads and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
• Assist in acquiring clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate efforts with colleges, institutes, and training partners for collaborative initiatives.
• Contribute to meeting business growth objectives through various supportive tasks.
• Support digital marketing strategies and manage social media channels.
• Create promotional materials such as posters and campaign concepts.
• Perform market research and analyze competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Participate in branding and promotional events to enhance company visibility.
• Provide guidance to students on course offerings, career paths, and admission procedures.
• Manage communications including inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messaging, and emails.
• Maintain follow-up processes with potential students, keeping accurate records.
• Guide students throughout the admission process ensuring a smooth experience.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship starting anytime between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026, for a period of two months. Candidates should possess relevant skills such as proficiency in MS Excel and effective communication skills, along with a keen interest in business development activities.

Compensation and Perks

The stipend comprises a fixed monthly amount between INR 4000 and INR 4001, supplemented by a modest incentive pay ranging from INR 1 to INR 2 monthly. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the program.
