About the Internship
This internship at Aadi Foundation offers the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause by supporting business and client relations activities in a nonprofit dedicated to improving educational and nutritional resources for underprivileged tribal communities in India. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients via multiple channels such as phone, email, and social media, presenting products and services tailored to client needs, and arranging follow-up meetings to nurture long-term relationships.
Interns will be responsible for driving sales objectives, converting leads into customers, maintaining precise records using CRM or spreadsheets, and coordinating internally to provide a smooth onboarding process. Regular reporting to supervisors and proactive market research to generate new opportunities will be necessary. Maintaining professionalism and upholding the organization's reputation is paramount throughout client interactions.
Eligibility and Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months starting between July 16 and August 20, 2026.
- Preference is given to candidates located in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for candidates.
Compensation and Perks
- A stipend ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹17,000 per month, which includes a fixed component of ₹3,000 to ₹7,000 plus a monthly incentive of ₹10,000.
- The internship follows a five-day workweek.
- Participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
