Internship Overview

This internship provides an opportunity to work remotely as an AI Academic Coordinator, focusing on educational content creation aligned with international curricula such as Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, AS & A Levels. The role involves leveraging AI tools to develop academic materials, ensuring quality and consistency in educational resources.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research on curriculum frameworks including Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, AS & A Level academic requirements.
Design AI-generated prompts to develop worksheets, topic-specific tests, and unit assessments.
Employ AI technologies like NotebookLM and ChatGPT for content generation.
Review and refine educational content for correct grammar, clarity, formatting, and accuracy.
Create answer keys and marking schemes modeled after Cambridge standards.
Manage and organize digital educational materials such as worksheets, assessments, and finalized documents on Google Drive.
Maintain tutor- and student-ready standards for all academic documents as per company quality guidelines.
Adhere to formatting, branding, and content standards throughout the resource development process.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Availability for a remote internship starting between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026, for a six-month term.
Possession of relevant skills and interests aligned with education and academic content creation.
Strong command of English writing and editing.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to academic accuracy.
Responsible use of AI tools in academic contexts.
Basic familiarity with academic subjects and international curricular frameworks.
Passion for education, curriculum development, and AI-assisted learning materials.
Proficient document formatting and organizational abilities.
Preference given to those interested in academic operations and educational content development.

Additional Internship Details

Duration: 6 months with an expected daily commitment of 5-6 hours, Monday through Saturday.
Opening for 3 interns.
Selection includes a practical test followed by an interview.
Internship certificate and practical experience in AI content creation will be awarded.
Exposure to curricula such as Cambridge, IGCSE, IB, AS & A Levels will be provided.
Potential for long-term opportunities based on performance.

Monthly stipend ranging from INR 2999 to INR 3000.
