What you will work on

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver integration solutions.

Required capabilities

• Hands-on experience with Workday integration development.
• Strong command of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services.
• Practical understanding of Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Good knowledge of FSCM business flows such as P2P, O2C, expenses, and supplier management.
• Ability to use XML, XSLT, XPATH, Java, JSON, and SQL in integration work.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication for working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Workday Integration Core certification or Workday Financials certification is preferred.
• Experience with cloud financial systems, ERP integrations, or large Workday implementations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM or other ERP platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of Workday security models, reporting, and calculated fields is beneficial.
