Role Overview
The position available is for a Workday Integration Consultant/Lead based in Delhi, requiring over 10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration consulting activities and participate as Integration Lead in at least two full-cycle Workday HCM deployment projects.
- Manage Workday Studio integrations from initial architectural design through to deployment.
- Preferred experience with Workday tools such as CCB, CCTPP, PICOF, and PECI.
- Execute highly complex integrations involving HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, XSLT, and XPath programming is highly desirable.
Eligibility Criteria
- Outstanding communication capabilities.
- Educational background comprising 15 or more years of continuous formal education (including 10th, 12th, and 3-year graduation).
- Holds at least a graduate or post-graduate degree.
