About the Role

We are currently searching for an outstanding Front of House Welcome Host to represent a prestigious Central London building as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders. This prominent role demands a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer a warm, professional, and tailored greeting to all visitors and clients.
- Serve as the business's public face, leaving a positive and memorable first impression.
- Oversee the front-of-house and reception operations to ensure top-quality service.
- Guarantee a smooth and welcoming experience upon guests' arrivals and departures.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, visitors, and internal teams.
- Anticipate and proactively address guest needs with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist client teams and service partners to ensure daily operational efficiency.
- Keep reception and client-facing areas impeccably presented.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and communicate promptly and clearly.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security protocols at all time.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the guest experience and uphold a culture of excellence.
Working Hours & Salary
The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, working from 8am to 5pm with one-hour lunch breaks. The annual salary offered is £36,000.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidates are hospitality professionals with experience in luxury environments such as boutique hotels, private members' clubs, premium corporate receptions, aviation, or other high-end customer service sectors. They must have a sincere passion for providing outstanding customer service and world-class guest experiences.

- Previous background in luxury hospitality or similar premium customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional personal presentation and professional comportment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
