Panigrahana Weddings, located in Goa, is searching for an enthusiastic and organized Wedding Planner to join their team. This role involves owning the entire wedding process, from initial client discussions through to vendor management and on-site event execution.

Role Overview

The Wedding Planner will oversee the comprehensive coordination of wedding events, ensuring every element is meticulously planned, communicated, and flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand client desires, expectations, and overall wedding vision.
• Support the planning and management of weddings from the conceptual stage through to completion.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, families, vendors, venues, and internal personnel.
• Create and maintain detailed timelines, checklists, schedules, and other planning documentation.
• Organize venue visits, meetings, and vendor consultations.
• Maintain continuous communication with vendors and handle follow-ups efficiently.
• Manage various logistical aspects such as accommodation, transport, guest movements, and event schedules.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to guarantee smooth event operations.
• Assist in preparing budgets, quotations, and cost plans.
• Conduct regular updates and follow-ups with clients.
• Supervise wedding-day logistics and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Handle unexpected issues calmly and promptly with practical solutions on-site.
• Coordinate internally and designate tasks during events to team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors throughout the wedding planning journey.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between one and three years of experience in wedding planning, event management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence in interacting with high-end clients and vendors.
• Proven skills in negotiation, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Ability to maintain composure and a problem-solving attitude under pressure.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and event days.
• Willingness to travel for weddings and venue inspections.
• A sincere passion for weddings, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
