Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview

Dynamic Trade Solutions is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Delhi-NCR. This role involves overseeing the entire flow of goods from receipt to shipping, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance throughout all processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Lead, mentor, and assess warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain warehouse orderliness and optimize storage layouts to maximize space utilization.
• Uphold company safety protocols and enforce adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, transportation, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
• Supervise proper upkeep and safe operation of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, quality benchmarks, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse management, including minimum one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
