Position Overview

The waitress is responsible for preparing the dining area prior to service and ensuring it remains clean, organized, and fresh throughout the operation while assisting in serving guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning the restaurant in the morning before service.
• Thoroughly clean all service utensils before each dining session.
• Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant environment.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and uphold strict hygiene standards.
• Assist in preparing mise en place alongside the captain waiter.
• Transport food items from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently.
• Help the captain waiter place food plates on guests' tables.
• Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service rounds.
• Clear tables and clean them promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Carry all dirty dishes and glasses to the dishwashing section.
• Follow the instructions and guidance provided by the captain waiter during the shift.

Additional Information

Candidates of Filipino or Indian nationality are preferred for this position.
