Waiter / Steward

Overview

K B Enterprises seeks enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the roles of Captain and Waiter to provide exceptional dining services. The Captain will oversee the service team, while the Waiter will focus on direct guest interactions and order management.

Service and Guest Interaction

• Welcome guests warmly and introduce the menu options.
• Accurately record food and drink orders.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Address complaints tactfully, referring issues to management if needed.
• Promote special menu items, combos, and drinks to enhance sales.

Management Responsibilities (Captain Position)

• Oversee waitstaff and stewards during shifts to maintain effective service.
• Assign table sections and supervise guest seating arrangements.
• Facilitate communication between kitchen and floor staff to streamline operations.
• Monitor table usage and manage busy periods efficiently.
• Maintain disciplinary standards and adhere to service protocols.

Operational Duties

• Keep dining areas clean and ensure tables are properly arranged.
• Adhere to hygiene and grooming requirements.
• Assist with billing processes and operate the POS system.
• Contribute to achieving daily sales goals and support restaurant growth.
