Position Overview

The Vice President of Procurement is entrusted with leading strategic planning and overseeing the operational management of the company's global procurement framework. This pivotal role involves crafting procurement strategies, developing supplier networks, optimizing purchasing processes, controlling costs, fostering supply chain collaboration, and integrating resources worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Develop medium to long-term procurement strategies along with supply chain advancement plans.
• Enhance global procurement coverage and allocate supply resources efficiently.
• Manage procurement of precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, jewelry raw materials, and production resources on a global scale.
• Create a reliable and sustainable procurement infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 20 to 25 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related sectors.
• At least 8 years in senior leadership roles such as Director level or higher.
• Preferred experience in the jewelry, luxury goods, precious metals, diamond, or high-end consumer products supply chains.
• Proven expertise in global procurement, managing international suppliers, and cross-border commerce.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, supply chain management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent data analytics, cost control, and execution capabilities.
