Job description

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for a growing multi-site healthcare platform undergoing expansion both organically and through acquisitions. Reporting directly to the CFO, this senior leader will oversee enterprise-wide financial planning functions including budgeting, forecasting, and delivering financial insights to guide operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and monthly financial reporting cycles.
  • Lead financial modelling efforts related to mergers and acquisitions including due diligence, integration processes, and monitoring post-acquisition results.
  • Collaborate closely with executive management to facilitate strategic and day-to-day operational decision-making.
  • Develop and coach a strong, high-performing financial planning and analysis team.
  • Enhance financial outcomes through thorough budget management, variance tracking, and return on investment evaluation.
  • Assist in preparation and communication of reports for boards, investors, and lenders.

Qualifications

  • Over a decade of advancing experience in FP&A and finance leadership roles.
  • Preferably held a Vice President or Director position in FP&A previously.
  • Experience in private equity-backed or multisite organizations is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare services sector is beneficial.
  • Proficient in advanced financial modelling, planning techniques, and analytics.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; an MBA is desirable.
  • Located within the United States with flexibility to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $225,000 to $325,000 annually.
  • Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
