About the Role

This UX Research Intern position, based in Gurugram within the Product & Design team, involves collaborating closely to enhance customer and seller experiences on Snapdeal's platforms over a 3 to 6 months period. The role emphasizes involvement in user research, problem definition, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and utilizes AI-powered design tools for accelerated design validation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the comprehensive design process from initial problem identification to validating solutions.
Conduct user research, perform competitor analysis, and run usability tests.
Design user flows, create wireframes, develop prototypes, and produce high-fidelity designs.
Work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to address complex user challenges.
Help develop and maintain cohesive design systems to ensure product consistency.
Analyze customer feedback and behaviors to find areas for user experience enhancement.
Utilize AI-driven design and research technologies to improve design productivity and experimentation.
Communicate design choices, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees in fields such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related subjects.
Preference for final-year students or recent graduates.
Mandatory to have a portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving skills, and UX or Product Design projects.
