Role Overview

The US IT Hiring Coordinator position begins with a 60-day intensive internship focused on training candidates about the US recruitment market. Successful candidates will transition into a permanent full-time role. This job operates from an office in Hyderabad on night shifts.

Internship Period (First 60 Days)

• Duration: 60 days
• Monthly Stipend: INR 3000 during training
• Performance Bonuses: INR 30,000 to 35,000 depending on successful placements

Key Job Functions

• Manage full recruitment cycle for various IT roles targeting the US market
• Source and screen candidates using job portals and internal databases
• Conduct initial candidate evaluations, assessing technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural compatibility
• Coordinate between clients and candidates to facilitate interview scheduling and successful hiring outcomes

Work Schedule

• Working hours: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (night shift)
• Work days: Monday through Friday
• Weekends off: Saturday and Sunday

Eligibility Requirements

• Female candidates exclusively
• Holds a bachelor's degree such as B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills mandatory
