Role Overview
The role involves comprehensive management of travel operations including domestic and international flight bookings, vendor liaison, and client servicing, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of travel plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, and transfers.
- Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms such as Amadeus and Galileo to perform flight searches, check fare availability, make bookings, issue tickets, and offer related travel services.
- Collaborate effectively with airlines, hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and various travel partners.
- Handle escalations by resolving operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure punctual delivery of travel documents including vouchers and tickets.
- Continuously monitor the quality of services and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Experience & Qualifications
Applicants should have between two to four years of experience in travel operations, hospitality, or similar fields, demonstrating familiarity with travel processes and coordination.
