Job Summary
We are seeking a Travel Consultant based in Kolkata, West Bengal, who will manage business-to-business travel inquiries from partner agents. The consultant will be responsible for creating tailored domestic travel packages, preparing competitive cost estimates, and handling booking confirmations with precise documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Address B2B travel inquiries from partner agencies efficiently.
- Develop customized domestic tour packages suited to client needs.
- Generate cost sheets and offer competitive quotations to partners.
- Confirm travel bookings and ensure all documentation is accurate and error-free.
- Maintain regular communication with agents to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and urgent changes promptly.
- Oversee smooth tour executions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
