Job Overview
Dr Reddys Foundation invites applicants to undertake an internship as a Trainer focusing on soft skills, communication, and presentation abilities. The internship involves designing and implementing engaging training sessions for students, aimed at enhancing their interpersonal capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver educational programs targeting students' soft skills and communication competencies.
- Lead interactive workshops that encourage active participation and effective learning.
- Design assessment tools to monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Work in partnership with academic staff to incorporate training modules into the existing curriculum.
Requirements
- Up to one year of experience in tutoring or a training environment.
- Proficient understanding of classroom management techniques.
- Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions.
