About the Role
This opening is designed for someone at the beginning of their Human Resources journey who wants to build a strong career in Talent Acquisition. The trainee will learn how end-to-end talent attraction strategy works and will support both sourcing and internal coordination activities. The role calls for a dynamic person who enjoys structured processes and wants to grow communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The position combines candidate hunting support with close collaboration with leadership, internal process support, data tracking, and employer branding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with market mapping, active sourcing of candidates, and resume standardization.
- Help keep the careers page updated and maintain the proper flow for opening new vacancies.
- Assist with organizing the recruiting platform (Greenhouse) so hiring processes stay structured and tidy.
- Support leadership by tracking internal data such as satisfaction surveys and closure reports, and by keeping dashboards updated.
- Help the team maintain smooth information flow and day-to-day coordination.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Talent Partners or hiring managers.
Requirements
- Currently studying or already graduated in areas such as Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to handle several demands at once.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, leadership, and other teams.
- Comfort using Excel/spreadsheets, including basic formulas and data organization, plus a willingness to learn ATS tools.
- Analytical ability to follow indicators and spot process improvement opportunities.
- Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within Talent Acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to HR, recruitment, customer service, an academic project, or volunteer work.
- Basic English knowledge.
