Tenant Management Analyst

Job Overview

The Tenant Management Analyst is accountable for overseeing all tenant-related operations including lease administration, tenant communication, and service coordination. This role aims to drive efficient leasing activities, maximize revenue, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional service in alignment with company policies and financial goals.

Key Duties

• Administer tenant services such as managing leases, renewals, terminations, and handling tenant inquiries using an integrated helpdesk platform.
• Serve as the primary liaison for tenant concerns, dispute resolution, and escalation of complaints.
• Enhance revenue by managing leasing processes, rent collections, and strategic business planning to ensure optimal tenant occupancy.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction levels, collect feedback, and execute engagement initiatives to improve tenant retention.
• Provide detailed rental income and operational performance reports to support financial optimization.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including supervising fit-out inspections and handover procedures.
• Manage and submit tenant requests related to operations, maintenance, cleaning, electricity, etc., via a ticketing system, coordinating with group shared services to resolve issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Track income and expenditures, analyze cash flow, and evaluate profitability in coordination with Real Estate and finance management teams of STC Square.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in tenant management, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance is required.
• Relevant certifications are preferred but not specified.

Additional Information

This position falls under the professional job band and is strictly a full-time, onsite role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will perform duties following the company’s established policies and procedures.
