About the Role

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Teller to join its Retail Banking team at the Ratlam branch in Madhya Pradesh. This full-time position plays a vital role as the primary contact point for customers, ensuring seamless and efficient branch operations while promoting the bank's services and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately and efficiently handle banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers with precise record-keeping.
• Promote and cross-sell various banking products and services.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.
• Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve branch targets and maintain service standards.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all duties.
• Assist with branch operations, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Between 0 to 4 years of experience in customer service or cash handling roles; prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
