About the Role
Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd is recruiting for a Telesales Team Leader position located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role focuses on supervising and managing a telesales team to ensure sales targets are met, customer issues are promptly resolved, and overall team efficiency is improved.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team of telesales executives, ensuring daily call activities and sales performance align with company goals.
- Drive the team to meet and surpass sales objectives consistently.
- Provide training, motivation, and mentorship to enhance team member skills and morale.
- Handle escalated customer complaints effectively and maintain high service quality.
- Ensure compliance with calling processes and uphold call quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations with constructive feedback.
- Implement sales strategies to increase conversion rates and support team members in achieving targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year experience serving as a sales team leader, with documented proof.
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication abilities and exceptional leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage team targets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and people management expertise.

Salary offered ranges from 25,000 to 37,000 INR per month.
