Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Telecalling Sales Executive at Msinterface Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to generate sales by connecting with prospective clients in the US marketplace. This role involves making outbound cold calls to potential customers, effectively identifying and qualifying leads, and understanding client needs to offer relevant digital marketing services. Persuading prospects, handling objections skillfully, and successfully closing deals are critical to this role. Additionally, you will be tasked with scheduling appointments with key decision-makers and diligently following up until agreements are finalized. Achieving monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets is essential, along with maintaining precise records of all calls, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system. Developing long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals is also part of the position.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in outbound sales or international voice process.
- Demonstrable track record in cold calling and converting leads into sales.
- Proficient spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and overcoming objections.
- Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in performance-driven environments.
- Capacity to work US Night Shift hours comfortably.
- Basic familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace tools.
- Self-driven, confident, and focused on results.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Immediate joining candidates are preferred; however, fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
