About the Role
Monarc Space is actively seeking dynamic and motivated Presales Executives / Telecallers to become part of our expanding team in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with potential customers through calls to promote our projects and drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads and follow up systematically.
- Comprehend client needs and clearly present project information.
- Assess and qualify potential customers for site visits by sales representatives.
- Consistently engage leads to increase successful sales conversions.
- Accurately record and update customer interactions and statuses in the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication abilities, ideally fluent in English and Kannada.
- Experience in real estate presales is considered a benefit.
- Ability to persuade and maintain persistent follow-ups.
- Focus on targets and delivering excellent customer service.
