Job Summary
We are hiring Telecalling Executives based in Hyderabad. This role involves direct communication with potential customers to inform them about various financial products, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers to clearly explain different financial products.
- Generate leads specifically for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, and other related financial services.
- Follow up consistently with customers who show interest.
- Keep accurate records of customer data and daily calling activities.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English for effective communication.
- Basic familiarity with mobile devices and computer usage.
- A positive mindset with confidence in verbal communication.
- Professionalism in managing customer interactions.
