Hirenix Solutions is seeking a dedicated Telecaller to assist in recruiting Delivery Partners. The role is based in Shri Krishna Puram, Bhopal, and offers a full-time position with a fixed salary plus performance bonuses.

Primary Duties

• Reach out to candidates by phone to inform them about Delivery Partner roles.
• Conduct preliminary screenings and validate basic candidate information.
• Arrange and follow up on interview schedules.
• Keep accurate daily calling and recruitment records.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to facilitate candidate onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Should be an undergraduate or graduate.
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi is necessary.
• Familiarity with smartphones and basic MS Excel skills are required.
• Both newcomers and those with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
