Job Summary
We are urgently recruiting skilled Telecallers to manage and promote Home, Mortgage, and Project Loan products. The position requires communication with potential clients to generate viable business opportunities through professional interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound telephone communications to prospects interested in loan offerings.
- Provide detailed explanations about Home, Mortgage, and Project Loans to prospective clients.
- Assess and comprehend customer requirements to deliver appropriate loan information.
- Consistently follow up with interested customers to cultivate and close sales.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and clear communication throughout client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong telecalling capabilities with persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling and interpersonal communication, especially in Kannada.
- Knowledgeable about loan products and their sales processes.
- Effectively manage follow-ups and customer engagement to optimize conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant telecalling or sales role.
- Completion of 12th grade or equivalent educational qualification.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
Work Details
- Location: 417, 4th G Main Road, HRBR Layout 2nd Block, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043.
- Shift: Full-time day shift position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada.
Compensation
The remuneration package includes a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 plus incentives up to ₹20,000, culminating in a total potential monthly earning between ₹20,000 and ₹50,000.
