Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Telecallers to engage with our pre-existing leads and encourage their registration for a free online webinar. Unlike typical telecalling roles, there is no requirement for cold calling as all leads are provided by the company.
Key Duties
- Make daily calls to leads from the company’s database without needing to source new contacts.
- Clearly communicate details about the webinar, including its purpose, target audience, schedule, and joining procedures.
- Register interested participants and verify their information.
- Send or confirm the webinar joining link via WhatsApp according to the provided script.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads who missed calls or requested callbacks.
- Maintain accurate records of call statuses and outcomes in spreadsheets or CRM systems after each interaction.
- Adhere to the calling scripts and daily call targets as outlined by the team leader.
