Job Overview

We are currently recruiting candidates for the international voice support role focused on handling customer inquiries via telephone. The role involves delivering precise and prompt information, resolving complaints effectively, and collaborating with team members to meet service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries over calls with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide solutions to customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues to achieve service targets
• Keep up-to-date with product details and company policies

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication abilities
• Willingness to join immediately
• Educational qualification: Minimum completion of higher secondary education (+2)
• Graduation is not mandatory

Working Hours and Schedule

• Five-day workweek with two rotational weekly offs
• Predominantly night shifts

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary package: Approximately 350,000 INR
• Cab facility provided up to 25 km radius from office during late-night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)

• Selection process includes HR interview, service delivery panel interview, and online language assessment
