Technical Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer based in Delhi-NCR to manage customer inquiries and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, and liaise with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and process RFQs efficiently.
• Develop and submit comprehensive techno-commercial quotations aligned with customer needs.
• Interpret technical specifications and drawings to ensure accurate proposal preparation.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers concerning quotations and order statuses.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Design, Purchase, and Dispatch departments to coordinate order fulfillment.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects while nurturing current client relationships.
• Conduct customer visits as necessary for technical discussions and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to close sales successfully.
• Keep detailed daily records of sales activities and quotations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Address customer questions and provide ongoing after-sales support.
