About the Role
Lascade seeks a skilled Technical Content Writer adept at producing clear, compelling, and top-quality content for its software solutions and digital platforms. The company develops AI-driven tools, mobile apps, travel tech, subscription offerings, and various digital services. This role focuses on translating complex technical concepts into easily digestible and trustworthy content that promotes user understanding and adoption.
Primary Responsibilities
- Compose high-caliber technical articles, blogs, landing and product pages, and user manuals.
- Develop comprehensive product documentation, feature updates, FAQs, tutorials, and help articles.
- Conduct in-depth research of intricate technical subjects, delivering user-friendly explanations.
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketing to ensure accuracy and engagement.
- Enhance content for search engines while preserving clarity and usefulness to readers.
- Create launch materials, release notes, and detailed feature documents.
- Produce comparison analyses, technical clarifications, and educational content.
- Regularly review and refresh existing materials to maintain correctness and relevance.
- Uphold consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all product communications.
- Keep abreast of emerging technology trends, AI advancements, and industry standards.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 5 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or marketing related to technology.
- Exhibits excellent English writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of comprehending and clearly explaining technical concepts.
- Demonstrates strong research capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Experienced in creating content for software, SaaS, AI, APIs, or other tech products.
- Has foundational knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Works effectively with engineering and product development teams.
- Shows excellent organizational skills and manages time efficiently.
