Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join its Staff Augmentation team in Melbourne. This opportunity is a six-month, full-time contract based onsite.

Key Deliverables

• Prepare high-level architecture documents and solution option papers.
• Develop compensating control plans for servers that cannot be upgraded.
• Create requirements documentation for HAM Pro and Contracts modules.
• Assess CMDB data structure and perform licensing analysis.
• Review discovery scan outputs and recommend remediation actions.
• Plan and carry out contract data loading activities.
• Refresh asset lifecycle processes and EOS/EOL tracking methods.
• Produce service transition materials and BAU handover documentation.
• Maintain RAID logs, governance updates, and stakeholder communication packs.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Linux/RHEL environments, including server upgrades, rebuilds, and VM provisioning.
• The ability to review server inventories and identify opportunities for consolidation or decommissioning.
• Skill in drafting architectural papers and option analyses for governance review.
• Working knowledge of compensating controls for systems that cannot be modernised.
• Strong capability in managing vendor interactions and follow-ups.
• Experience supporting service transition and project closure processes.
• Prior exposure to government, insurance, or health/disability environments.
• Understanding of data governance, retention rules, and information lifecycle management.
