Role Overview

The position based in Maharashtra involves overseeing customer service, central operations, and branch operations ensuring compliance adherence. This includes managing risk mitigation, elevating customer satisfaction, and delivering precise dashboards and presentations to the Senior Management Team (SMT) monthly and quarterly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure that all policies and procedures regarding loan servicing are current and strictly implemented by the team.
• Ensure timely completion of all regulatory-related activities.
• Compile and present data for monthly and quarterly review meetings to SMT promptly.
• Highlight critical Pre-Disbursement Documents (PDDs) to SMT each month.
• Verify dipstick analyses are conducted by all units, review outcomes, and report these insights to SMT.
• Monitor compliance and reporting with respect to loan servicing and disbursement policies and processes.
• Track performance metrics including defect ratios and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to detect patterns or trends that require attention.

Eligibility Criteria

The role requires candidates to possess a graduate degree.
