About the Role

Louis Vuitton is inviting applications for a passionate and dedicated Team Manager to enhance our SoHo store operations. As a Team Manager, you will embody the essence of the Louis Vuitton brand, taking charge of team leadership, cultivating client relationships, advancing sales objectives, and maintaining superior client experiences aligned with corporate values.

Key Responsibilities

• Work jointly with the Store Manager to oversee business and team results, driving them towards success.
• Leverage commercial acumen and an understanding of the luxury retail market to optimize store performance.
• Lead and mentor your team, ensuring consistent coaching and targeted training tailored to individual and collective needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds client expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance business outcomes and product performance using visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team engagement initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including selling, floor management, and business development.

Qualifications and Profile

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in retail, ideally within luxury markets, coupled with extensive leadership experience and a passion for outstanding service quality. The role demands agility and adaptability given the evolving retail environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $100,000 and $140,000, supplemented by bonus potential.
