Role Summary

The Team Leader - Housekeeping will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role involves overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and floors while ensuring high standards that satisfy employees, guests, and hotel ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Maintain adherence to Hyatt International's brand standards across cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to high standards.
• Address operational challenges promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
