Team Leader – Field Operations

Overview

Pick My Work Co is seeking a Team Leader for Field Operations based in Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad. This role involves leading and supervising field survey teams to ensure efficiency and data quality for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a group of Field Survey Executives to meet daily survey targets.
• Oversee the quality of survey data collected and address any issues encountered in the field.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions to equip field staff with necessary skills.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and maintain daily reports for the team.
• Coordinate effectively with the Operations department to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in field operations, team supervision, surveying, FMCG, telecom, or sales sectors.
• Track record of managing teams in field environments.
• Strong communication abilities and report writing skills.
• Preferably own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Availability for immediate joining is an advantage.

Compensation

The fixed monthly salary is ₹20,000 with a potential performance-based incentive of up to ₹6,000. Total compensation can reach ₹26,000 per month.
