Overview
As a Team Leader with Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited, you will operate primarily remotely without a need to regularly visit company offices. Your role involves ensuring smooth execution of insurance sales through your team by overseeing training, onboarding, business updates, and ethical selling practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in company trainings and meetings, both online and offline.
- Assist in onboarding new Insurance Consultants or Points of Sale (POS).
- Maintain and update sales activities through the company’s Business Management Tool (BMT).
- Promote insurance policy solicitation adhering to ethical standards.
- Ensure quality client service and business ethics within your team.
- Select suitable Insurance Consultants, Advisors, and POS profiles, supporting them through licensing and certification.
- Foster customer-centric attitudes and improve financial understanding among your team members.
- Build and manage a cohesive team, addressing relationship and operational challenges effectively.
- Monitor team activities, jointly strategizing business growth and promotion.
- Establish controls to balance new business acquisition and renewal collections.
- Identify promising markets to expand the company’s reach.
- Manage efficient, satisfactory, and cost-effective operations in assigned areas.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, integrity, and coordination with colleagues, following all supervisory guidance.
