Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide learning support to individuals or groups across different subjects, employing school-approved strategies such as phonics and math techniques.
• Assist with administrative tasks including preparation of teaching materials, classroom setup, and display creation.
• Promote pupil independence through guidance on organizational skills, personal hygiene, and self-directed inquiry.
• Foster positive connections with pupils through effective, respectful communication, demonstrating enthusiasm and patience.
• Supervise pupils during breaks, transitions, field trips, and specialist classes, managing behavior constructively.
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers for lesson planning, communication, and student welfare.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and report any concerns regarding pupils promptly to teachers.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and actively support the broader school community with a flexible approach.

Qualifications and Experience

• At minimum, a High School Certificate is required.
• Demonstrated experience of at least one year in a Teaching Assistant role.
• This role specifically requires applicants to be UAE Nationals.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents across the school community.
• Exhibit initiative, adaptability, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Capable of supporting students in all facets of school life, encouraging independence and active learning.
