Tax Analyst – International Voice Process

About the Role

We are seeking a Tax Analyst to join our international voice process team based in Begumpet, Hyderabad. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to support customers with their tax-related concerns, product inquiries, and service assistance.

Key Duties

• Handle international inbound and outbound calls to assist clients effectively on tax-related questions and services.
• Provide clear and professional explanations of company products and offerings to both existing and prospective customers.
• Accurately collect, validate, and update customer data within company systems.
• Engage customers by asking relevant questions to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions compliant with company policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding exceptional service quality standards.
• Process customer orders and service requests efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; preference given to commerce graduates although not mandatory.
• Professional experience ranging from 1 to 2 years, preferably in tax or customer support roles.

Skills Required

• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent listening and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts in an international voice environment.

Work Conditions and Compensation

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, amounting to an annual package of around ₹2.4 to ₹3 lakhs.
• Night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Work schedule encompasses six days per week.
• Location is at Begumpet, Hyderabad, near Prakash Nagar Metro Station opposite Metro Pillar No. 1365.
• No company-provided cab facility available.
