About the Role

SIS Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Chester location. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of £13.45 and involves working directly with individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges within a supported living environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered assistance to individuals dealing with mental health needs, helping them with daily living activities and contributing positively to their overall well-being and recovery.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are passionate about making a meaningful impact, possess experience in mental health support, and have previously worked in a supported living setting. While driving is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Holding a Level 2 NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential.

About the Service

The service operates an all-male residential scheme accommodating 12 residents who benefit from communal living with round-the-clock staff support. Each client is paired with a key worker and receives recovery-focused assistance using tools like the Recovery Star, weekly planners, and budget management.
